Day 1+ is coming to an end (finally!) for us - after some great flights (late start for the United group), close connections, a 2 hour bus ride to Pompei followed by a great tour there, another hour to Sorrento with lots of ooo's and ah's, and a delicious dinner of Sorrentine pasta, pork, potatoes, and peas and cake (birthday cake for one special birthday girl!)
Tomorrow, we have an early wake up call for breakfast, a ferry ride and sightseeing to the Isle of Capri, and our first performance here in Sorrento.
